My job is to educate the consumer; buyer/seller as to what I can do to make that transaction a smooth success.

UNDER CONTRACT: Negotiating for the best agreement and all of the details. Time is of the essence, so each date when everything must happen. Inspections, repairs, title expectations, and applying for the community HOA and other time sensitive pieces of the transaction.

INSPECTION: Allowing the consumer to choose form a list of inspectors and then negotiating and repairs or other recommended inspections.

MORTGAGE SERVICES: I can assist each client with information regarding financing that would be most effective for each persons mortgage goals. Structuring the contract for that specific mortgage. The APPRAISAL process and what that means for both the buyer and seller.

TITLE INSURANCE SERVICES: Choosing a title company that can close a transaction that may be difficult.

WARRANTY SERVICES: Home Protection Plan

CLOSING: When everything comes together for finalizing the contract. Inspections completed, Appraisal completed and accepted, Final approval and buyer and seller sign to close.

So... NOW is the time to find or let go of your property or buy your perfect home. Buyers are diligently looking, and sellers need to list their homes because WE have the BUYERS.
